The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the exterior of properties, including landscaping, general maintenance, and light repairs to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained grounds in Erin, Big Rock, and Waverly, Tennessee.
What You’ll Do
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat appearance
- Remove leaves, debris, and litter from outdoor areas
- Maintain flower beds, plant seasonal flowers, and apply mulch as needed
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and weed control treatments as necessary
- Ensure sidewalks, driveways, and pathways are clear of hazards
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
