Job Purpose and Focus :
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, family support / referral / intervention, record keeping, documentation and overall direction for all Early Head Start program activities related to the provision of home-based services
- Responsible for building the key relationships between the enrolled family and the program

Terms of Employment
Salary according to Carman-Ainsworth Federal Programs Salary Scale; non-bargaining unit position. Pay rate based on years of experience and education. Increments based on EHS pay scale and grant funding availability. This is a 48 week position for 20 hours / week, mileage reimbursement at federal rate.

Evaluation / Performance Measurements
Ongoing self assessment and supervision with Health and Family Support Coordinator and / or Child Development Coordinator will be maintained on the established program assessment form. Individual supervision and support will be provided as specific professional needs are identified and documented within the self assessment process. Individual training will be provided as specific professional development needs are identified and documented within the professional development Plan incorporated in the self assessment process.
