The Elementary MTSS Teacher will implement the Multi-Tiered System of Supports framework to enhance academic and social-emotional outcomes for all students. The MTSS Teacher will work closely with classroom teachers and school administration to provide tiered support through interventions, data-driven instruction, and progress monitoring.
Salary Range : Starting pay 45,000.00
Pay increases based on experience.
Starting Date : Immediately
Retirement : 401K with 4% and another 4% matching by the school

- Implement MTSS Strategies : Deliver high-quality instruction and interventions aligned with MTSS, addressing the academic, social, and behavioral needs of students.
- Collaboration : Work with classroom teachers, special education staff, and administrators to create and maintain effective intervention strategies.
- Data Analysis & Progress Monitoring : Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and guide instructional decisions.
- Family Engagement : Collaborate with families to ensure effective communication and involve them in the intervention process.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, interventions, and outcomes for MTSS meetings.
- Professional Development : Participate in ongoing training related to MTSS best practices and strategies for supporting diverse learners.
