Job Summary: Croswell-Lexington Community Schools is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Instructional Aide to support our students and teachers in providing an effective and positive learning environment. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to assist in the delivery of instructional material, manage classroom activities, and provide individualized support to students.

The job will consist mainly of working with students in the classroom, recess, and supervision of our latchkey program, and other duties as assigned by the administrator. All candidates must pass a basic skills test.
