QUALIFICATIONS :
- Complete at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (equal to 60 semester hours); or obtain an associate's degree (or higher); or a passing score of 460 on the ETS Paraprofessional Assessment; or have College Board's SAT score of at least 480 on evidence-based reading and writing and a 530 on math.
- Basic clerical skills including filing, keyboarding, and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise, facilitate mini lessons, and appear relaxed with large groups of students.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Desire to help all students.
- Knowledge of computer software preferred.
- Exhibit emotional stability and physical stamina necessary for meeting the requirements of the position.
DUTIES :
SALARY : $12.51 - $16.57 per hour, commensurate with experience, per DPA Contract
DIRECT SUPERVISOR : Media Specialist and Building Principal
