WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A GRANTS MANAGER
As the Grants Manager at Mid-Ohio Food Collective (MOFC), you'll be responsible for managing the grant process including prospect identification, donor outreach and cultivation, and preparation and submission of grant applications. Additional responsibilities include.
- Research, identify, and recommend grant opportunities that support MOFC's mission, programs, and strategic priorities.
- Lead grant application process including review and analysis of RFPs, collaboration with internal partners to develop high quality, competitive proposals, and submission of final applications.
- Serves as the lead grant writer for MOFC.
- Perform supervisory responsibilities for Grants Coordinator position, including training and development and performance management.

Previous supervisory experience is also required. Experience with federal, state, and local grant funding is preferred.
