Part-time Office & Retail Associate
Are you a customer-focused individual with a knack for organization and a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re seeking an Office & Retail Store Assistant to support our small, family-owned business!
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Retail Assistance : Assist customers in retail store and selling related merchandise.
- Office Administration : Manage daily office operations, including opening / closing procedures, handling receipts, and preparing daily reports.
- Payment Collection & Reporting : Collect payments and rents which include AP / AR processing, issuing notices requested by management, and prepare reports.
- Office / Retail Space Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment(s) by conducting daily inspections.
- Account Management : Comfortable with calling on delinquent accounts and following up on outstanding balances.
- Financial & Administrative Support : Accept payments, maintain accurate customer records, and assist with bookkeeping and business organization.
