POSITION OVERVIEW
Currently hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing workers. Excellent opportunity for an individual to learn every aspect of our production and grow with the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacturing Processes :
Assist with various manufacturing tasks including monthly production runs; assembly, packaging, and labeling of product; processing recycled material.
Learn and follow standard procedures to ensure a quality product.
Equipment Operation :
Supervisor trains in operation of equipment.
Worker must follow safety guidelines and learn to perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
Housekeeping :
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Clean bathroom and break room as scheduled.
Assist in deep cleaning factory work areas as scheduled.
QUALIFICATIONS
No previous experience; training will be provided.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.
Basic Mechanical aptitude
Forklift experience or ability to learn
Ability to wear PPE as required (full face respirator, dust mask, Tyvek suit, etc.)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50-75 lbs.
