Position: Mid-Plains Community College is looking for a positive, friendly, customer service-oriented individual to serve as a part-time Enrollment Services Administrative Specialist with office management, data-entry, and great customer service skills. This role is the frontline, first contact for visiting students, answering phone calls, providing support for Enrollment Services initiatives and events, and providing assistance and scheduling for the Dean of Enrollment Services. This position will also assist with covering the North Platte South Campus Welcome Center.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree required and experience in customer service or office management is preferred. Excellent and friendly customer service skills and proficiency with various computer programs and applications are essential. An ideal candidate will have excellent communication via phone, email, and in person, problem-solving and people skills, and the ability to multitask with frequent interruptions. Organizational skills, accountability, and punctuality are necessary, as well as strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic in a team setting. Training will be provided upon hire for MPCC programs and related software. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful but not required.
