Position: Mid-Plains Community College is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, team player with great computer and customer service skills. This position assists the Area Financial Aid Team with the development, implementation and management of all Institutional, State, and Federal Financial Aid and Scholarship Programs. Located in the McCook Campus Welcome Center, this position is responsible for processing of Financial Aid related documents, awarding State and Federal funding, front line customer service to students, assisting with file completion, and serving as a member of the McCook Campus Welcome Center Team. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and work well under time constraints.

Minimum Qualifications:
An associate degree or experience in the field of Financial Aid is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred. Detail-oriented candidates with experience in finance, banking, loan management, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be in good standing with federal student loan payments to ensure access to federal websites. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
