We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a basic set of hand tools, a valid driver's license, and the skills to maintain and improve the condition and rentability of our apartments. Job duties include, but are not limited to, plumbing, appliance install and maintenance, electrical, sheetrock repair, installing door locks, etc.....
