Shop Hand/Helper
Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for shop cleanliness, emptying metal bins, cleaning and deburring parts. As well as moving material and parts back and forth from one shop to the other. Applicant must possess integrity, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work with others and follow company policy.
Experience Requirements
Experience in a steel processing environment is preferred. Must be able to operate a forklift. Any rigging experience is a plus. Applicants will need to be able to and follow directions.
Required Skills
This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is substantial. Must be able to assimilate a broad range of information, work effectively and follow through to completion on a timely basis. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and care for company equipment.
Salary Range
$15-$17 starting per hour DOE
Job Type: Full-time
