Office Manager | Rehab Therapy Department
Mendenhall, Mississippi | Full-Time
Mid South is hiring an Office Manager to work full-time with our Rehab Therapy TEAM at a local hospital in Mendenhall, Mississippi. If you have medical office experience and you are organized, able to multitask, take direction and follow through to a successful outcome, we invite YOU to APPLY TODAY! This position will also involve obtaining insurance authorizations and verifications.
Basic Function
The position provides clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team at a local hospital where our TEAM of therapist provide physical, occupational and speech therapy patients. The position has regular contact with staff members, patients, and patients’ families.

Qualifications
Welcoming and kind by nature.
Minimum of (1) year of clerical and computer experience required, preferably in a medical office setting
Insurance authorization & verification experience is a PLUS
Experience with scheduling, scanning, fielding phone calls
Organized and good with time-management
Excellent writing skills are required for emails, memos, etc.
