Job Summary:
As a Roofing team member, you'll assist in various aspects of commercial roofing projects and contributing to the success and quality of our services. This role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the installation and repair of commercial roofing systems under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Perform tasks such as material handling, equipment setup, and site preparation to support roofing operations.
• Learn and adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and team members.
• Participate in regular training sessions to develop knowledge and skills related to commercial roofing techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress, issues, and concerns on the job site.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold professionalism and integrity in all aspects of work.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; however, willingness to learn and work in a physically demanding environment is essential.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn from experienced team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites may be required.

• Ability to travel anywhere in the United States without restriction

• Ability to work weekends and extended hours based on production needs
