Midsouth Steel, a leader in the fabrication and erection of structural and miscellaneous steel has an immediate need for two experienced Paint Booth Technicians. This is a full-time, direct hire position with excellent pay and benefits.
We need one Painter for each of our shift's 1st (M-Th 7am to 3pm) and 2nd (3pm to 1 : 30am) and work will be done in our brand-new paint booth in our new shop. The work will involve priming and black painting steel, there will be no powder coating.
Paint Equipment Used :
- Graco Air Assisted automatic guns
- Graco 23 : 1 Supply Pump
- Deimco Reciprocators
- Graco Agitator
We will have training on all of our equipment for the Technicians.
Job Requirements
Qualified applicant must have experience running an AUTOMATED paint booth. We need someone who can not only paint but troubleshoot the equipment. Experience prepping and painting steel is a plus. Applicants must be able to pass a drug test.
