Midsouth Steel an industry leader in the fabrication and erection of miscellaneous and structural steel has an immediate need for a Project Manager to work in a new division of our company. Position would be working directly with our Director of Construction, assisting with everything from conception to completion of new construction. Projects will vary from office buildings to retail to residential projects and the position will have huge opportunity to learn and grow.
Day to day scope of job activities will include :
Assisting with permitting process.
Organizing ordering and delivery of building materials.
Working with architects, surveyors, and builders as a point of contact for construction.
Assisting Director of Construction and CEO of company to help lighten their load.
Ideal candidate will have :
Construction Management or Related Degree or Comparable Work Experience.
Excellent communication skills and organization.
Ability to obtain all necessary certifications.
High level of Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel around the Atlanta Metro Area.
