Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Loads trucks in preparation for the job site. Safely performs installation duties at the job site. Unloads and cleans trucks when done. Supports Master Service Companies management, mission, values, purpose and the Mid-State way.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES (WHAT YOU’LL DO)
- Loads trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by the Team Leader and/or Lead Installer.
- Safely and efficiently performs installation duties according to the Team Leader’s instructions and company-approved methods, standards, and timetables.
- Unloads and cleans the trucks when returning to Mid-State Basement Systems..
- Drive company vehicles when needed.

Returns items to the warehouse in good condition and places them in appropriate locations. Washes, vacuums, and wipes down company vehicles a minimum of once per week. Immediately communicates any defects or damages to company property to management.
- Communication: Provides excellent internal communication that is conducive to learning with office, sales, and management, while also providing excellent internal communication with customers on the job site.
- Professional Appearance: At all times wears clothing that is clean, in good condition, and displays the company logo. Maintains an attention to grooming and good personal hygiene. Does not smoke on the job site.
- Material Handling: With the help of the Team Leader and/or Lead Installer ensures that all materials required to perform the job are loaded onto the truck. This includes all essential materials, supplies, and tools.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
- Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
- Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED preferred;
- 1 years of experience in the -construction trades; or,
- A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
