Job Summary
As a Field Market Development Manager, you will be both personally responsible for and well rewarded for the ongoing success of the company through one of the most exciting, influential, and rewarding positions! In addition to profitable revenue growth with core accounts, additional measurements of success include the expansion of our vertical market segment client base as well as the extension of company reach into new geographies. The chosen {FMD} candidate will be a member of an elite team that supports the execution of the Market Development Manager’s {MDM}strategy and multi-year business plan. Key Responsibilities
Talk/Hear: The ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, as well as listen to customer feedback and market insights.
Stand/Sit: Involves extended periods of sitting during meetings and desk work and standing during presentations or field visits.
Walk: Involves walking to visit clients, attend industry events, and move around the office or other facilities to coordinate activities and interact with team members.
Use hands/fingers to handle or feel: Involves frequent use of hands and fingers to operate office equipment, write reports, prepare presentations, and manage electronic communications and documents.
Climb: Occasionally required to access higher areas for inspections or evaluations in retail environments or when setting up displays and promotional materials.
Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl: Occasionally required to perform tasks in confined spaces, such as setting up equipment or accessing low storage areas for product evaluations.
See: Required to assess market trends, analyze reports, review promotional materials, and evaluate client presentations and marketing strategies.
Carry, weight, Lift: Occasionally involves lifting to transport marketing materials, promotional items, and equipment for events or presentations, and manage physical resources needed for market development activities.

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, 5 years of industry experiences in lieu of degree.
- Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Industrial Maintenance.
- Experience in Power Gen – Pulp & Paper Industries

- General knowledge of heavy industrial markets is preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills required in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, exciting, and demanding environment.
- This position requires travel to various client worksites within the United States.
- Overnight travel may be required at times.
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary (Monday – Sunday with some overnight work) and overtime is frequently required.
- The working environment is occasionally in harsh elements (hot / humid and/or cold temperatures, rain, etc.) Industrial environments often have exposure to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment / machinery, and other safety-sensitive hazards / risks. Must always be alert and able to safely perform the essential duties of the job without risking harm to oneself or others.
