Job Summary :
Industrial Welders in a fabrication shop are responsible for joining metal components together using various welding techniques. They play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, creating a wide range of metal products.
Key Responsibilities :

- Operates and maintains tools and equipment.
- Performs Housekeeping in the area as needed.
- Must wear safety glasses and hearing protection.

Physical Requirements :
Talk / Hear : Must have the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in one-one dialogues.
Stand / Sit : Must be able to stand for a long period of time.
Walk : Frequently be able to walk distances through the shop and fields.
Use hands / fingers to handle or feel : Often use hands and arms for handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials. Require steady arm and hand control during stationary tasks. Need quick hand and arm movements for grasping, manipulating, and assembling objects.
Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl : People in this position frequently need to stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.

Carry, weight, Lift : The person in this position occasionally be able to lift and carry up to 100lbs.
