What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk position at Mid-State Oral Surgery?
We are looking for a Front Desk for a busy Oral Surgery office. Ideal candidate would be kind and compassionate, have a willingness to learn, have excellent skills in multi-tasking, and be a team player. Hours would average between 35-40 a week, Monday though Friday. Dental or medical administration experience preferred but not required. Pay would be between $17-20 an hour (based on experience), with the potential of monthly bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phones
- Work with both medical and dental insurance companies to determine a patient's benefits
