ABOUT THIS ROLE
Your typical work hours will be between 6 AM and 6 PM , with overtime available as needed. You will dispatch daily from your home directly to the job site, allowing for a flexible start without the need to report to a central location.
As a Project Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing construction job sites, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Each day, you'll supervise workers, coordinate tasks, and ensure that all materials are accounted for and available on-site. You'll enforce safety and quality measures, manage inventory, and provide daily status updates on the progress of each project. Your leadership will be key in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards, making a significant impact on the success of the company.
