Your Role as Product Specialist:

As a Product Specialist - Trailer Sales, you’ll manage and grow sales in targeted industries, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a sales funnel to develop customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Source leads through social media, prospecting, and other channels.
• Create tailored quotes and negotiate to meet customer needs while maintaining margins.
• Use CRM tools to track leads and manage productivity.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups to drive sales.
• Some regular Local customer visits are required
• Attend industry events (e.g., trade shows, expos) to represent the company and generate leads.
• Present financing options and assist customers through the finance process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of sales experience in trailer sales, manufacturing, truck maintenance, or axle sales.
• Position is onsite Monday through Friday.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software; Social Media marketplace, ebay and Google shop a plus.
• Valid driver’s license (local and occasional national travel required).
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and bending as needed.
• Exposure to seasonal temperatures.

What You’ll Gain:

• Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 plus monthly commission, with average between $65,000 - $85,000 after training with no ceiling.
