Your Role as Product Specialist:
As a Product Specialist - Trailer Sales, you’ll manage and grow sales in targeted industries, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a sales funnel to develop customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
- Source leads through social media, prospecting, and other channels.
- Create tailored quotes and negotiate to meet customer needs while maintaining margins.
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage productivity.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups to drive sales.
- Some regular Local customer visits are required
- Attend industry events (e.g., trade shows, expos) to represent the company and generate leads.
- Present financing options and assist customers through the finance process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of sales experience in trailer sales, manufacturing, truck maintenance, or axle sales.
- Position is onsite Monday through Friday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software; Social Media marketplace, ebay and Google shop a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (local and occasional national travel required).
- An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending as needed.
- Exposure to seasonal temperatures.

- Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 plus monthly commission, with average between $65,000 - $85,000 after training with no ceiling.
