Mid-State Truck Equipment, Greenfield is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative with knowledge and experience in Truck, Turf, Snow and Ice Removal Equipment. This individual will need to thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Salary will correspond with experience.
Responsibilities
- Must have knowledge and experience in Truck Equipment, Turf/Lawn Equipment, Snow and Ice Removal Equipment.
- Present, Sell Truck, Turf, Snow and Ice Removal Equipment and Services to New and Existing Customers.
- Source New Sales Opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited too and may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
