The Engineering Manager will elevate our team by developing and maintaining engineering standards, and will develop processes and procedures to ensure high quality designs. The manager will also oversee and implement training, auditing, and systems calculation.

Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Structural Engineering Stamp for Illinois. Professional Engineering Stamp in Iowa & Wisconsin (Preferred)
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience designing and computing structural precast or concrete elements. (Preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and operations to structural analysis of building systems and components.
- Clear understanding of building code requirements.
- Clear understanding of structural design of building and load paths.
- Experience with engineering software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
- 8 years of experience certifying (stamping) structural building calculations
- Excellent understanding of construction processes (architectural drawings, details, and constructability).
