The Job:
The Production Team Member will assist in all aspects of manufacturing our precast beams and hollowcore product lines. They interpret blueprints as a guide to measure, mark, and build structural components. The Production Team Member relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
- Must be over 18 to apply.
- Basic construction experience a plus.
- Have a team-centered attitude.
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge a plus.
- Tape measure and Blueprint reading experience highly preferred.
- Attitude is more important than experience!
