What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Coach position at Mid-Step Services?
$2000 Sign on Bonus
The job coach provides supervision and on the job training to persons with intellectual disabilities through employment. The job coach will assist in building relationships between the employee and the employer as well as staff creating the framework to assist the employee to be successful. Track the employees progress and maintain documentation.
Must have valid drivers/chauffeurs license. An associates degree or 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities or a related field.
