Role Description:
Mid-Towne Works is looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This part-time, on-site role in Mobile, AL, averages 15–20 hours per week and requires Saturday availability from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with additional weekday hours as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive, and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner. This role involves managing coworking space operations through Nexudus, maintaining client records, and supporting social media, marketing efforts, and the creation of newsletters. Additional duties include organizing and maintaining Google Drive and office files, overseeing mail collection and distribution, restocking office supplies, and conducting daily building walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized space.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle tasks independently and professionally
- Comfortable using computer software (Nexudus, Google Drive, social media platforms)
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is a plus
- High school and college students encouraged to apply
- Availability to work Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
