Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions in a timely manner. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships. You would be the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company provides. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound calls, addressing customers' questions, and processing payments or creating additional work quotes.A customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize computerized systems to log customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide multilingual support as needed to accommodate diverse clientele.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service by actively listening and responding to client feedback.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customer's needs at each step of the process.

Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with outbound calling initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping is essential. Excel Required.
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader range of customers.
- A demonstrated ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions is crucial for success in this role.

- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar is a Plus.

We make sure our technicians are prepared for the desired job and our administrator representatives to be very detailed and looking to work with the team during the entire process.
