Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication between clients and staff. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations within the office and providing exceptional customer support.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for staff and clients, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer support and assistance.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in the office database.
- Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with filing and organizing office documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Support the dental receptionist in managing patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve scheduling efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Skills
- Proficient in office software, including Google Suite and Excel.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a clerk, personal assistant, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Construction office operations is a plus but not mandatory.
