Position: Long Term Care Order Entry/Pharmacy Technician

Mid Valley Health Services LTC pharmacy is looking to hire an experienced full-time Order Entry/Pharmacy Technician preferably with a long-term care Pharmacy background. But we are willing to train the right candidate for our privately owned and operated Modesto location. The position will mainly be typing and entering physician orders and refills into the computer but some occasional filling will be necessary. The ideal candidate should preferably have QS1 and docutrack database knowledge, or a similar pharmacy system.
$21/hour. Candidates Must hold a valid and clear California Pharmacy Technician License with the State Board of Pharmacy. Hours may vary between 8:00am and 6:00 pm Monday-Fridays and 9:00am and 2:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Candidates must be able to work all shifts and rotating weekends a must. Candidates must have proficient written and verbal communication skills as they will be communicating with customers on a regular basis. All candidates must also pass a Background check and drug test if offered the position.
