Mid-West New Mexico Community Action Program is recruiting for an Early Childhood Development Center Manager for our Grants, New Mexico Center
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for total center operation in compliance with all State and Federal licensing regulations.
- Manages the Center’s administrative functions.
- Ensures that accurate records are maintained to include, student, staff, financial, parent-involvement, daily attendance, mean-count, in-kind contributions and other required records.
- Responsible for enrollment in all early childhood development programs and for the ongoing recruitment of children into the program.
- Ensures implementation and adherence of all regulatory statutes for programs at the Center.
- Responsible for conducting monthly staff meetings and in-service training.
- Manages the center's administrative functions which include complying and implementing all Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for arranging and conducting monthly staff meetings and in-service training.
- Must meet childcare licensing requirements for Manager
Minimum Job Requirements:
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development or related field and a minimum of three years of experience working with pre-school children and families.
Must meet childcare licensing requirements for a Center Manager.
Submit to an FBI Criminal Record Investigation and Fingerprinting as required by Federal and State law.
Must have a valid State of NM Driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
