Midwest Direct is looking for a Customer Service Consultant!
**$500 Sign-On Bonus!**
Job Duties:
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting both our First Class and Mailing Services, ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of care:
- Consultative Approach: Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs, educate them on our services, and recommend solutions that best fit their requirements.
- Problem Solving: Investigate customer complaints, develop effective solutions, and provide comprehensive reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through excellent service delivery.
- Billing Support: Handle billing inquiries, process payments accurately, and ensure billing issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 40 - 45 hours a week
- Core Hours: 9AM - 4PM
Compensation:
- $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience
