Midwest Direct is looking for an Outbound Tow Motor Operator!
**$500 Sign-On Bonus!**
Job Duties Include:
- Preparing all Outbound Mail for outgoing shipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operation of a Tow Motor is REQUIRED
- Validate mail tray accuracy
- Prepare pallets for outgoing shipment
- Wrap and weigh skids
- Use pallet jack to move pallets of mail
- Able to operate a pallet jack
- Ability to operate a forklift and tow motor
Schedule:
- 5am - 3:30pm
- Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekends
- Four 10-hour shifts means an extra day off for you!
Compensation:
- $12.50 - $14.50 hourly

Job Requirements
- Able to lift up to 25-50 lbs. continuously
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to read and write proficiently
- Able to be detail-oriented
- Able to operate a pallet jack
- ** Experience with tow motors and forklifts is REQUIRED!
MUST be able to pass a criminal background check & drug test!
