Description
Day Camp counselor will provide constant supervision and guidance to all children assigned to them each session to ensure that a quality and safe program is offered. They will foster an environment through age-appropriate activities that will allow children to develop skills, and friendships. Supervise and guide a group of children to ensure a positive and nurturing experience for each participant. Guard participants safety and welfare at all times. Ensuring that the scheduled activities are followed, organized, and implemented with the values of our YMCA, caring, respect, responsibility, honesty and faith at the forefront.
Seasonal position for the summer June - August 2025
AM Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am - 12:30pm
PM Shift Monday-Friday 12:30pm - 5:30pm
Qualifications
Hold current CPR and First Aid certifications or complete at earliest opportunity.
Salary : $15
