Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Position Description:
Janitorial Assistant Manager/Floater responsibilities include training, motivating & supporting team members and making sure the team adheres to our company policies. Also, float in case of call off or no shows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train new and existing team members
- Perform inspections.
- Float in case of call off or no shows.
- Inspire the team with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations
- 2 years of Lead/Supervisory role
- Cleaning or Janitorial experience
- Ability to build positive relationships with team members
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail
- Must be dependable and flexible.
