Store Manager: Lead the growth and direction of the shop. Treated as a partner and entrusted with the full operational direction of the shop.
- We are looking for strong manager for one of our locations. Solid background of at least 3 years in people and operations management is a requirement.
- Knowledge of the automotive service/tire industry, computer usage and being able to multitask imperative. Procedural compliance as well as SALES GROWTH!!!.
- Strong base salary, 50% employee paid insurance and outstanding BONUS PLAN.
- Demanding both physically and in time commitment to meet goals.

Responsibilities

- Manage and train service technicians, fostering a customer-focused environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional service and support.
- Develop and implement service processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory and order parts as needed, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
