Role: Sr. Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA 30354(Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with ITSM processes and the CMDB.
• 7 years in a Software Architecture capacity at an enterprise scale.
• Hands-on experience with AWS solutions, including architecture and maintenance.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers with best practices and leadership.
• Experience defining and enforcing Architectural Design Patterns.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools in an enterprise setting.
• Deep understanding of Application Security principles and 12-factor application development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Solutions Architect certifications:
• Solutions Architect
• Software Development Engineer
• Systems Administrator
• ServiceNow developer or engineer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of software application development to ensure quality, availability, and resiliency.
• Communicate with technical teams and clients to identify application and business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend implementations.
• Specialize in App/Integration, DevSecOps, Site Reliability, Platform, and Security architecture.
• Understand FinOps strategies and design AWS solutions with cost optimization.
• Drive discussions around modernizing technologies to support business solutions.
• Synthesize current processes and define new digitally aligned requirements.
• Collaborate across diverse teams to create shared understanding and ensure seamless solutions.
