Role: Sr. Architect

Duration: 12 Months Contract
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with ITSM processes and the CMDB.
- 7 years in a Software Architecture capacity at an enterprise scale.
- Hands-on experience with AWS solutions, including architecture and maintenance.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers with best practices and leadership.
- Experience defining and enforcing Architectural Design Patterns.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools in an enterprise setting.
- Deep understanding of Application Security principles and 12-factor application development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Solutions Architect certifications:
- Solutions Architect
- Software Development Engineer
- Systems Administrator
- ServiceNow developer or engineer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of software application development to ensure quality, availability, and resiliency.
- Communicate with technical teams and clients to identify application and business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend implementations.
- Specialize in App/Integration, DevSecOps, Site Reliability, Platform, and Security architecture.
- Understand FinOps strategies and design AWS solutions with cost optimization.
- Drive discussions around modernizing technologies to support business solutions.
- Synthesize current processes and define new digitally aligned requirements.
- Collaborate across diverse teams to create shared understanding and ensure seamless solutions.
