Role : SharePoint Developer Lead
Duration : Long Term contract

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and modern SharePoint solutions.
- Implement and configure SharePoint Search to enhance document retrieval and user experience.
- Utilize SPFx for custom web part development and extension of SharePoint capabilities.
- Create and manage Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for administrative tasks and automation.
- Develop client-side scripts using JavaScript and jQuery to enhance SharePoint functionality.
- Utilize the Angular framework for building robust and dynamic web applications.
- Design user interfaces (UI) with Bootstrap to ensure responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
- Work with media queries to create responsive designs that adapt to various screen sizes.
- Ensure the intranet site is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and implement new features.
- Manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions for intranet-related problems.
- Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
- Integrate third-party tools and services to enhance intranet functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration, development, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online, modern SharePoint, and SPFx.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Power Automate flows.
- Skilled in client-side scripting, including JavaScript and jQuery.
- Experience with the Angular framework and AngularJS.
- Expertise in UI design with Bootstrap and responsive design techniques.
- Familiarity with working on media queries for responsive design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Experience with other Azure services and integrations.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of API development and integration.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Previous experience developing enterprise-level intranet solutions
