Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of associates.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Drive sales by ensuring excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to develop strategies for growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry and customer service.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
