We are looking for a customer service representative to attract potential customers by answering product and automotive service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction in a retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services.
Responsibilities
As a Midas customer service representative you will meet sales goals and deliver world-class customer experience from beginning to end, you will identify customer needs and accurately gather client Information to coordinate service with technicians.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
- Excellent phone skills driving sales and setting appointments for the store
- Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
- Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendationsbuilding computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
- Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
- Work within a team environment while keeping in tune with our companies vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
- Oversee technicians inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks
- Maintain inventory counts
- Overall cleanliness and organization of the store
- Other duties as assigned
