We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Midas in West Lebanon, NH! As a key player in our customer experience, you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth operations within the shop. Think of yourself as the Director of First Impressions, you will be the first interaction as soon as our customers walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and pricing.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments.
- Obtain customer approval for recommended services.
Operational Support:
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Order parts and manage inventory levels.
- Assign vehicles to technicians and oversee workflow.
- Ensure the shop’s cleanliness and organization.
Service Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians to communicate repair issues and options.
- Generate timelines and estimates for repairs, discussing options with customers.
- Assist customers with warranty protections and potential cost-saving service options.
Team Collaboration:
- Track maintenance or repair status, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Process financial transactions upon service completion.
Qualifications:
