Job Description:
McLaren Oakland is seeking a temporary Healthcare Recruiter to join their administrative team. The Healthcare Recruiter plays a critical role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals to fill vacancies across the facility. This position requires a solid background in healthcare, with experience in recruiting for medical roles including doctors, nurses, medical receptionists, and other healthcare support staff. The recruiter will be responsible for posting job ads, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. This role may also involve extending job offers to qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Post job advertisements for healthcare vacancies.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and fit for the role.
- Conduct interviews and manage the interview scheduling process with hiring managers.
- Assist in extending job offers to selected candidates.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain candidate records and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures during the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- 1.5 years of recruiting experience (required)
- Clinical experience (required)
- Skills: Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and qualifications, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in candidate management.
Work Environment:
- On-site with the ability to work remotely one day per week.
- Business casual dress code when on-site.
Additional Information:
- No weekend or on-call requirements.
- The position is for 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 40-hour schedule.
- Pay: $20 per hour, with a weekly salary of $800.
