Job Description:
Providence VNA Home Health in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Home Health team. As a Home Health RN, you will be providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of attention and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, one-on-one patient care in their homes, assisting with daily health needs, treatments, and medication management.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document patient progress using the EPIC charting system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust care plans.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Monitor patient health progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the care team.
- Ensure the highest standards of infection control, safety, and quality of care in the home setting.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Skilled Home Health experience required.
- Certifications: Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- Oasis Experience: Preferred but not required. Please note if you do not have Oasis experience.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation; occasional travel up to 50 miles may be required.
- Local Candidates: Locals within 50-75 mile radius are accepted at the same pay rate.
- On-Call: Not required for this position.
- Weekend Requirements: None.
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Not required by the facility.
