Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients with mental health disorders in a compassionate and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by psychiatrists
- Monitor patients' mental health status and response to treatment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options
Requirements
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy protection
- Experience in IV infusion and aseptic technique is beneficial
- Familiarity with critical care transport and PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) is advantageous
- Understanding of workers' compensation law is a plus
- Ability to administer inhalation treatments and perform mammography screenings
- Proficiency in medical coding is desirable
- Experience in senior care is beneficial for this role

Pay: Up to $2,506.00 per week
