RN ICU

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and procedures such as venipuncture, IV insertion, and catheterization
• Assist with pain management and acute care interventions
• Educate patients and families on health coaching and disease management
• Manage ostomy care and provide hospice palliative medicine support

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting preferred
• Proficiency in performing spinal taps, venipuncture, catheterization, and IV insertions
• Strong understanding of pain management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
