Field Superintendents – Full-Time Positions

The ideal candidates will possess:
- Proven experience managing a variety of commercial construction projects, including both renovation and new construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and practices.
- Minimum of 8 years of onsite field experience.
- Completion of 30 OSHA hours training is a plus, but not required.
- Secondary education in construction or related fields is an asset, though not mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong ability to communicate and collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Resourceful, solution-driven leadership with outstanding communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to generate and maintain schedules, while coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and design professionals.
- Coordinate and schedule all trades to ensure the efficient completion of the project.
- Oversee quality control to ensure the highest standards for the finished product.
- Promote and maintain a safe and compliant working environment on-site.
- Handle administrative tasks such as daily reports, 3-week look-ahead schedules, and document control (tracking drawing/RFI changes).
- Proficient use of MS Office (Windows), Outlook, project management software, and scheduling tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Local to the Delaware Valley Region (Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Northern Delaware).
Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K, phone, computer, and paid vacation time.
