Position Summary:
The Power Platform Analyst is a critical hands-on role in designing and building solutions that simplify processes, uncover insights, and drive efficiency. By leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure SQL, this role focuses on turning business challenges into actionable solutions, enabling enhanced decision-making and operational excellence.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps
- Automate workflows with Power Automate to improve process efficiency
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights
- Organize, maintain, and ensure data accuracy within Dataverse and Azure SQL
- Collaborate with various teams to gather data requirements and ensure clean, accurate, and accessible data
- Work closely with stakeholders across operations, sales, and other departments to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Power Platform tools
- Document workflows, applications, and processes for user adoption
- Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to leverage Power Platform tools effectively
- Explore new Power Platform capabilities and Azure features to enhance existing solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative approaches

- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures and guidelines, as well as safety practices in the industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure SQL
- Basic understanding of data organization, visualization concepts, and data management platforms

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or closely related field
Minimum Experience:
One (1) year of experience in business process analysis, application development, or data analytics
OR equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the duties of the job
