The Dive Supervisor is responsible for the planning and execution of the daily diving operations of the team. They must follow and maintain compliance with the corporate safety policies and procedures. Perform daily health and safety checks as well as potential site hazards. The Dive Supervisor is responsible for reporting any issues or concerns to upper management.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain safety protocols for every team member
• Utilize daily safety meeting to cover site specific hazards
• Uphold company expectations for cleaning, inspection, repairs and reports for each customer
• Complete dispatched items in an efficient and comprehensive fashion on routine and unique job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers
• Working at heights and in confined spaces, involving climbing, hoisting, crawling, and squatting possible for extended time periods
• Ability to manage self and team members as well as follow direction from upper management
• Extended travel for long periods of time with this position
• Complete assigned paperwork including but not limited to: Daily logs, Dive logs, Reports, and Additional Work Orders
• Work outside year around in varying climates
• Can drive and perform daily vehicle inspections
• Serve as mentor and trainer for future Dive Supervisors

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Dive School Diploma with 1 years inland diving experience
• Valid CPR, First Aid, Oxygen Administration and AED Certification
• Dive Physical
• ADCI Diver Card
• Valid Driver’s License
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and substance screening
