Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and the overall enhancement of workplace culture. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in human resources practices and systems, including proficiency in various HR software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing concerns effectively.
- Utilize HR systems for efficient management of employee data and processes.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge in various areas.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Lead initiatives for performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while ensuring best practices in HR policies.
- Utilize cold calling techniques for recruitment efforts when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
